Oregano vinaigrette

Easy peasy oregano vinaigrette that made our Italian Chopped salad pop!

  1. All you need to do is throw all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until it reaches the right consistency. Add more oil/lemon juice in equal parts to make a runnier vinaigrette.

We served ours on the side of our chopped salad as well as run through it. It was even banging with our tearer garlic bread dipped in it… not sure if bathing in it is too far but we wouldn’t discount it. When in Rome… right?
