Raw food can be quite daunting, a lot because the textures can be somewhat samey. By blitzing up this cauliflower it produces a muncher finer taste and still stays fresh and unsullied by cooking methods.
If you want to try raw but not sure where to start, give this a go. Pair it with cooked veg if you like, we coupled it up with our teriyaki mushrooms balls and some avocado cucumber dressing for our As Nature Intended supper club. That’s the way the cauli crumbles…
1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and chuck it into a food processor. Blend until the cauliflower is the consistency of rice
2. Add all of the spices to cauli rice and stir until combined.
Bada bing, bada boom.
